Availability changes weekly so please email for current availability. I take great pride in my product and work hard to make sure every oyster you get is alive and healthy. Sometimes one gets by me so I always throw in an extra with every order, at no cost to you. Oysters are fresh harvested from Horseshoe Beach, Jones Rack area. I grow only natural, diploid oysters - as Mother Nature does. They therefore vary in fatness throughout the year. Remember there is always a risk when consuming raw shellfish. Walk-up pricing at markets will be more.
